Our Salvadoran coffee, from Las Isabellas farm, is a tantalising blend of Pacamara and Bourbon. It's tucked away in the Cerron Grande of Apaneca, near the western border, at heights of 1.2k to 1.45k meters! Don't forget that it's certified by the Rainforest Alliance and owned by the one and only Jose Roberto Santamaria – who's devoted to keeping the farm and mill in check. Plus, you can explore 175 acres of natural forest, springs and waterfalls!
