GUATEMALA - HUEHUETENANGO - SINGLE ORIGIN

For our Guatemalan coffee, we selected beans from the high altitude, non-volcanic region of Huehuetenango - one of the best areas for coffee production in Guatemala. This blend, made from Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties, is a SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) that undergoes a washed process and is harvested from January to April.

Best for: sweet espressos, creamy flat whites, or a refreshing filter coffee.
