RWANDA INZOVU - SINGLE ORIGIN

The coffee is grown at 1,400 - 1,900 meters from Bourbon and Typica varieties, and is a mix of coffees from 40 washing stations and 35,000 farmers. It's lovingly hulled, graded, and hand sorted at the Rwanda Trading Company in Kigali. This sweet, fruity coffee has lovely hints of cranberries and is perfectly balanced. 

This coffee is roasted to a light to medium level, making it ideal for refreshing filter coffee and complex, sweet espresso.
